Bright nose of blackcurrants and red fruits with a touch of mint and mocha oak. Full and juicy with sweet red and black fruits. Followed by a savoury mid palate with mint, and rounded out by mocha oak. Firm acid and tannin gives this wine great structure and finesse.
Sourced from vineyards in Adelaide, South Australia. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented on skins for 7 days. Pressed to barrel and matured in French and American oak for 12 months. ABV 13.5%
