When the ONLY delivery type available is listed as “SPECIAL DAY”. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis. Once the order has been made it will be placed on the next available delivery run with a driver. The order is then delivered as soon as practically possible; generally between the hours of 7.00am and 7.00pm on the same day. For orders placed with a “SPECIAL DAY” delivery status, each driver will have multiple “runs” throughout the day, actual delivery times cannot be given under such circumstances.*

Rest assured when you send flowers you are dealing with an authorised Interflora agent. Many of the floral designs in our gallery are based on some of our most popular creations.
We deliver to all locations within the main suburban areas of the Gold Coast. We also deliver to the Gold Coast hinterland for a small additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that contain Alcohol cannot be left unattended at a door; a signature is required. Nor can such an order be left with anyone below the legal drinking age.

When you order flowers online from one of our original creations you can rest assured that we don’t store your credit card details and use one of the most advanced and secure processing gateways available. You can even send us a short description of what you require for your flower delivery via our contact page and we will be in touch to confirm the details. Selecting flowers can be a bewildering experience for anyone. If due to reasons beyond our control we are unable to deliver or leave the flowers, the flowers may need to be re-delivered. A re-delivery fee will apply. The amount of the fee will depend on the location of the delivery address.
The usual reasons we are unable to complete a delivery may be that we have been given an incorrect delivery address or contact details, there is no one available to receive the flowers at the address provided or there is no secure protected place to leave the flowers.
If the address is within a secure gated community please ensure the delivery driver is able to gain access to deliver the flowers.
We will always leave the flowers if it is at all possible. If we are unable to do this we will contact you to let you know and what extra charge applies.
If the person or organisation to whom the flowers are sent refuses to accept the delivery you will not be entitled to a refund.
